What a ten-year warranty actually commits us to
A warranty is only as good as the company still standing behind it. What ours covers, and why we can put it in writing.

Anyone can print '10-year warranty' on a brochure. The question worth asking is whether the company will still be there — and reachable — in year eight. Ours is onsite, in writing, and it commits us to specifics.
What it covers
The structure and the joinery: carcasses, hinges, channels and the hardware that does the daily work. If a soft-close fails, a shutter drops, or an edge lifts on something we built, we come and fix it — at your home, not by asking you to bring it in. The things that wear from normal use, we stand behind.
Why we can promise it
We can commit to ten years because we made the thing ourselves, on our own floor, and we're not going anywhere — same two founders, same factory on Phase 9 since 2017. A warranty from a reseller depends on a supplier honouring it. Ours depends only on us, and we answer the phone.
A warranty is only as good as the company still standing behind it.
That's the real commitment behind the number — not the ten years, but the picking up.
